Sponsorship is available to hotel owners, operators, brands and service providers (though not to suppliers of goods).
Sponsors can benefit from:
- Exhibition stands in the breakout areas (which is also where the networking breakfast plus tea and coffee breaks will take place)
- E-marketing – our website and promotional emails will feature the logos of our sponsors
- Complimentary tickets – the number depending on the level of the sponsorship
- Ability to provide collateral to the delegates
- Stage presence – the exhibitor logos will appear on the platform throughout the event
To keep the whole system simple, AOHIS will offer only 4 levels of main conference sponsorship:
- Patron
- Platinum Sponsor
- Gold Sponsor
- Sponsor
The entitlements of each level of sponsor can be obtained by writing to simon.allison@hoftel.com. There are also limited opportunities to sponsor specific events and items eg. breakfast, breakout rooms, the pocket programme, badges, lanyards, reception desk etc.
