Sajid Siddique

Sajid Siddique is Chief Executive Officer at Advice RE Capital and was previously Senior Director in the Corporate and Investment Banking Group at Mashreq, where he was Head of Real Estate Finance, Structuring and Advisory. Sajid joined Mashreq in 2008 from Royal Bank of Scotland (“RBS”) in the UK where he was focusing on Real Estate Debt & Advisory and spent time in Corporate Finance and Large Cap Business Structuring. During his time at RBS, Sajid was involved in Real Estate Transaction Structuring, Large ticket construction and development finance and advisory to Real Estate investors and developers across the retail, residential, hospitality, commercial and industrial segments.  His other UK based banking experience was with Bank of Scotland, where he was an Associate Director in Large Corporate Business Development with a specific focus on Large Real Estate Developers and Investors. Over the past 13 years, Sajid has focused on the local and GCC Real Estate market and has been involved in several landmark transactions both in terms of debt financing and equity advisory. He has predominantly focused on transactions involving the hospitality, major retail, industrial, residential sectors and has a specialist knowledge on CRE Fund Structuring within UAE. He has significant experience in real estate debt advisory and restructuring and was part of a number of debt restructuring deals and steering committees within the UAE and GCC region. He has 20 + years of experience as an international real estate financier in advising private equity, real estate companies, HNWI, institutions and banking clients across EMEA.
