Aditya is the Managing Director of Radar Holdings, a family-run hospitality development enterprise currently developing its first project, a select-service hotel located within Dubai South. Prior to setting up Radar Holdings with his family, Aditya was an Assistant Manager with Ernst & Young in their specialized hospitality, real estate and finance team where he worked on numerous feasibilities and highest and best use real estate projects ranging from a USD 1bn mixed-use hotel development project in Dubai to conducting an evaluation of a North African Sovereign Wealth Fund’s USD 20bn hospitality real estate portfolio across Africa. Aditya has also worked on various operator search and selections for hotel projects in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and the UAE in addition to creating a comprehensive strategic hotel investment and development strategy for a mega real estate company in the Dubai. He has worked with companies such as Mubadala, Aldar, Arabtec and Meraas, in addition to top hotel operators such as Marriott, Starwood, Accor and IHG. He is a contributing editor on Conde Nast Traveller and Hotel News ME.
Prior to EY, Aditya was the Front Desk Manager and Manager on Duty at the prestigious Mayflower Hotel, part of Marriott’s Autograph Collection, in Washington D.C, in charge of the entire front office. He has also worked in several capacities within hotel operations at properties such as The Regent Four Seasons in Singapore, The Burj Al Arab and Emirates Towers in Dubai and the Sofitel St James in London.
Aditya earned his Masters of Management in Hospitality with a specialization in Real Estate Finance at Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration. He also holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Business and Hotel Management from Pennsylvania State University’s Smeal School of Business and Hotel School, respectively. He is an active member of the Cornell Hotel Society – Arabian Gulf Chapter and the Penn State Hotel Restaurant Society.
