Adeeb is an engineer experienced in the construction industry specialising in Project Management. Whilst working as a Project Manager, Adeeb gained experience in both the technical and commercial aspects of property development.
Adeeb started his career at Foster Wheeler Energy as an Electrical Engineer. As part of his career development, he transferred into the Project Management group where he was involved in the Project Management on various infrastructure projects including the Yansab petrochemical complex, Saudi Arabia. Adeeb then joined Planning & Construction Management (PCM) based in Dubai as a Project Manager. PCM is the in-house project management arm for all the Aga Khan Development Network (AKDN) construction and infrastructure projects globally including schools, hotels and hospitals.
Adeeb was a founding partner at TCMS (Total Construction Management Solutions) based in East Africa. TCMS is involved in the management of several real estate projects within East Africa including developing the former Best Western Premier Nairobi (currently the Four Points by Sheraton Nairobi) and the Four Points by Sheraton Nairobi Airport.
Adeeb is currently leading the roll out of an Africa-focused hotel development fund aimed to construct and operate Internationally franchised mid service hotels in Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities across Africa. The first project is underway in Kampala, Uganda followed by subsequent hotels in the pipeline in Djibouti, Zambia, Kenya, Tanzania, Ivory Coast and Ghana.
Adeeb is a third generation Kenyan citizen and holds a BEng Hons Electrical Engineering from The University of Nottingham, UK.
