MoustafaSaid is a partner with King & Spalding, based in the firm’s Abu Dhabi office. Mr. Said has considerable experience working in the United Arab Emirates, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and other jurisdictions including Europe, North Africa, Sub-Saharan Africa and South-East Asia. Mr. Said advises hotel owners and hotel operators on all aspects of hotel throughout the Middle East, Asia and Africa, including hotel management agreements, license agreements and franchise agreements. Mr. Said has a particularly strong focus on advising on hotels located within mixed-use schemes and advising on the ownership and operational impact of title governance and management issues. Mr. Said also regularly advises on branded residence developments, including issues such as sale of hotel rooms, and pooled and un-pooled managed rental schemes. Mr. Said is ranked in both Chambers Global and Legal 500 for his hospitality experience. Chambers notes that Mr. Said is building a strong name in the hospitality sector as an adviser to both owners and operators. Mr. Said qualified in Australia and relocated to the Abu Dhabi office of another firm in2006. Mr Said is conversational in Arabic.
